Introduction

AccessCode NG ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Fynko Technologies and runs the AccessCode NG mobile application — a visitor and access management platform designed for residential estates in Nigeria.

Data Sharing

Within your estate

Information is shared strictly on a role-based basis. Residents, guards, and administrators only see data required to perform their responsibilities. No resident's data is visible to users from other estates.

Third-party services we use

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database storage (Firestore), and push notifications. Data is stored on Google's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Paystack — payment processing for levy collections where applicable. Paystack handles all card data and does not share it with us.
  • Google Play Services — crash reporting and app stability on Android.

We do not:

  • Sell personal data to any third party
  • Share data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Use third-party ad networks

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure Firebase authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and strict role-based access controls.

Access revocation and lost devices

If a device is lost, stolen, or compromised, access to AccessCode NG can be revoked immediately by estate management or by contacting us at fynkotechnologies@gmail.com. Upon notification, the affected account will be disabled and all access credentials invalidated without requiring physical access to the device.

Your Rights

  • Access and update your profile information at any time in the app
  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Control notification preferences within the app settings

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the AccessCode NG app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm the deletion. All personal details, visitor records, and QR pass history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  3. If you cannot access the app, email fynkotechnologies@gmail.com with your account email and phone number for verification.

Some security logs may be retained for up to 12 months for audit purposes, as permitted by law.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet estate security requirements, or comply with legal obligations under Nigerian law.

Children's Privacy

AccessCode NG is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Nigeria Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.
